1. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age requirements displayed for your region and be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login details, and activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use NUDDA to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, deceive, spam, distribute illegal or harmful content, infringe intellectual property, interfere with the Services, collect data without permission, or evade safety measures.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant NUDDA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services, subject to your settings and applicable law.
4. Community safety
We may investigate reports, remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms or our community standards have been violated. You can block and report users through the app.
5. Virtual items and purchases
NUDDA may offer virtual currency, digital items, subscriptions, or premium features. Virtual items have no cash value and may not be transferred except as expressly allowed. Purchases are handled by the applicable app store and are subject to its payment and refund rules.
6. Intellectual property
NUDDA’s name, logos, visual identity, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to NUDDA. These Terms do not grant permission to copy or commercially exploit them.
7. Service changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the Services, maintain security, comply with law, or address operational needs.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, any particular social outcome, or the accuracy of user-provided content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUDDA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Termination
You may stop using NUDDA at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
